We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Technician on behalf of a reputable Main Dealer in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. - Conduct routine servicing, repairs, and maintenance on VAG Group vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards \n
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and electronic faults using approved diagnostic equipment \n
- Complete warranty, retail, and internal repair work accurately within specified timeframes \n
- Carry out vehicle health checks and identify additional work requirements \n
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all work performed as a Vehicle Technician \n
- Work efficiently to achieve high first-time fix rates and productivity targets \n
- Follow all workshop processes, technical bulletins, and quality protocols \n
- Keep diagnostic tools and equipment in a safe, clean, and operational condition \n
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, including Service Advisors and Parts Department \n
- Support junior technicians and apprentices as required \n
- Uphold manufacturer standards and dealership policies at all times \n

- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair \n
- Previous experience as an automotive technician within a franchised dealership or professional workshop \n
- Full UK driving licence \n
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship \n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team \n
- Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repair procedures \n
