Wills, Trusts & Probate Solicitor within Leading Private Client Specialist North London | Hybrid Working | STEP & ACTAPS Funding A highly regarded and growing North London law firm is seeking a Wills, Trusts & Probate Solicitor to join its expanding Private Client department. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor looking to build their career within a supportive, collaborative team that genuinely invests in professional development. The firm advises on the full spectrum of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, deputyship applications and contentious probate. You will benefit from close supervision, excellent mentoring and fully funded STEP and/or ACTAPS qualifications as you progress your career.The RoleYou will manage your own caseload of private client matters, including:\n

- Drafting wills, including those incorporating simple trusts \n
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney \n
- Deputyship applications under the Mental Capacity Act \n
- Probate and estate administration from instruction through to completion \n
- Estate valuations and inheritance tax documentation \n
- Probate applications, asset collection and distribution \n
- Preparing estate accounts \n
- Providing exceptional client care to individuals and families \n
- Supporting business development and departmental initiatives \n

- A Solicitor with 0 to 2 years PQE in Private Client \n
- Experienced in probate and estate administration \n
- Confident managing your own files with appropriate supervision \n
- An excellent communicator with strong client care skills \n
- Keen to develop your expertise within a supportive team \n
