Location: London (Hybrid - minimum 3 days in office)

This forward-thinking, innovative legal firm is seeking a Legal Compliance Manager to support and enhance its compliance function within a modern, technology-driven legal environment.

The Role

You'll play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and managing risk across the business, working closely with legal and operational teams. The position offers a mix of hands-on compliance work, advisory responsibilities, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day compliance and risk management activities
\n
• Assist with AML processes, including CDD, source of funds and risk assessments
\n
• Help maintain and improve compliance policies and procedures
\n
• Review matters, identify risks, and support escalation where needed
\n
• Contribute to improving systems and processes to enhance efficiency and consistency
\n
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues on compliance matters
\n

About You

\n
• Experience in legal compliance within conveyancing or property law
\n
• Strong knowledge of AML regulations, POCA, and CLC or SRA frameworks
\n
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer
\n
• Practical experience handling AML and risk processes
\n
• Proactive, detail-oriented and interested in improving how compliance operates
\n
