HR Administrator

\nWe're recruiting for an HR Administrator to join the People Regulatory team of a leading financial services organisation in Cirencester. Supporting the employee lifecycle, you'll help manage regulatory processes, maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance across a range of HR activities.
\nThis is a hybrid role, with two days a week in the office, working 35 hours per week. The assignment is expected to last up to six months and pays £16.00 per hour plus holiday pay.
\n\nKey Responsibilities

- Support regulatory onboarding, including background checks and documentation. \n
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. \n
- Assist with annual certification processes and compliance reporting. \n
- Respond to employee queries via email and Microsoft Teams. \n
- Produce reports and validate data using Microsoft Excel. \n
- Support HR projects, tracking progress and maintaining documentation. \n
About You
\nYou'll ideally have:
\n- \n
- Previous experience in HR administration, recruitment, compliance or a similar administrative role. \n
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach. \n
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. \n
- Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills. \n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. \n
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn. \n
