\nOur client is looking to recruit a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced commercial environment, providing essential support to a busy sales function.
\nThe successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of the sales process, working closely with internal departments and customers to deliver an efficient and professional service. This is a full time position running Monday- Friday 8am-5pm.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Produce and process customer quotations, sales orders, contracts and associated documentation. \n
- Ensure all sales records and paperwork are completed accurately and within agreed timescales. \n
- Maintain and update the company's CRM system, ensuring customer information, opportunities and sales activity remain accurate and up to date. \n
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance data to support management decision-making. \n
- Act as a first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance. \n
- Assist with onboarding new customers, including account creation and completion of required documentation. \n
- Support customers throughout the sales journey, liaising with internal teams such as Finance and Operations to resolve queries and ensure a seamless experience. \n
- Maintain accurate filing systems for contracts, customer records and correspondence. \n
- Follow internal procedures and company compliance standards at all times. \n
- Provide general administrative support to the wider sales team as required. \n
About You
\nTo be successful in this role, you will have:
\n- \n
- Previous experience within a Sales Administrator, Sales Support or general office administration position. \n
- A good understanding of sales administration processes, order processing and customer service. \n
- Experience using CRM systems alongside Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook. \n
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. \n
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. \n
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal. \n
- A proactive approach with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. \n
- Experience producing reports and working with sales-related data would be advantageous. \n
- A qualification in Business Administration or a related discipline would be beneficial, although not essential. \n
