Protection Adviser Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped commission. Are you an experienced Protection Adviser looking for a role where you can focus on advising clients rather than chasing leads? We're looking for a motivated and qualified Protection Adviser to join our growing team. This is a home-based role with the benefit of a consistent flow of warm, pre-qualified appointments, allowing you to focus on delivering expert advice and achieving excellent outcomes for your clients. Although you'll be working remotely, you'll need to live within approximately 2.5 hours of Reading so you can attend quarterly team meetings and occasional training sessions. You'll speak with clients by telephone and video, carrying out comprehensive protection reviews and recommending suitable solutions including Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover, Income Protection and Family Income Benefit. You'll build lasting relationships, provide an outstanding customer experience and ensure all advice is delivered in line with regulatory requirements. To succeed in this role, you'll already have experience as a Protection Adviser or Financial Adviser with a proven ability to convert opportunities into business. You'll hold CeMAP 1, R05 or an equivalent recognised qualification and be confident working independently while managing your own diary from home. In return, you'll receive a basic salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience, together with an attractive uncapped commission scheme that rewards strong performance.
