Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join a renowned performance car centre located in Chatham, Kent. This specialised workshop has been a key player in the racing industry for over 16 years, predominantly working with elite brands such as Ferrari, Porsche and Lamborghini. The successful Vehicle Technician will play a vital role in maintaining and modifying high-performance vehicles and race cars, contributing to a passionate team committed to quality and precision.Benefits:\n

- Competitive basic salary of £40,000 per annum, with OTE reaching approximately £43,000 per year \n

- Servicing, repairing, and maintaining high-performance and race cars including Ferrari, Porsche and Lamborghini \n
- Race preparation, modifications, upgrades and performance enhancements \n
- Conducting complex jobs such as cambelts, clutch replacements, gearboxes and engine removals independently \n
- Interior work, including re-trimming seats, dashboards and head linings, as well as fitting stereos and trim upgrades \n
- Working with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and safety \n
- Assisting in race weekend activities, potentially including race car transportation and setup (negotiable) \n

- Proven experience as a Master Technician or Vehicle Technician, preferably within performance, race or motorsport sectors \n
- Confident to work independently and capable of managing complex tasks with minimal input \n
- Possession of own comprehensive set of tools to facilitate timely and efficient work \n
- Background in high-end or performance vehicles, race cars or supercars is highly desirable \n
- Strong mechanical skills, with experience in cambelts, clutches, gearboxes and engine work \n
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment \n
- Flexible and open to opportunities for race weekend travel and performance projects \n
