This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in commercial vehicle parts, automotive parts, or the motor factor sector who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships.What You'll Be Doing• Advising customers on parts and product solutions via phone and email• Identifying and sourcing the correct parts quickly and accurately• Processing orders, quotations, returns, warranties, and customer enquiries• Building relationships with customers and maximising sales opportunities• Upselling complementary products and promoting current stock lines• Working closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order fulfilment• Assisting with stock enquiries and inventory management• Supporting the wider sales function with administration and customer support• Developing your technical and product knowledge through ongoing trainingWhat We're Looking For• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Sales Advisor, Motor Factor Sales Advisor, or similar• Knowledge of commercial vehicle, automotive, or aftermarket parts• A confident and professional telephone manner• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities• A team player with a positive attitude and commercial awarenessWhat's On Offer• Salary from £30,000 per annum• Monday-Friday working hours - no weekends• Ongoing training and career development opportunities• Casual dress policy• On-site parking• 28 days holiday including bank holidays• Long-term opportunity within a growing and supportive business
