Maintenance Operative (Bathrooms)\n
Pay Rate: £13.71\n
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00\n
Location: Central Liverpool, L3\n
Contract Type: Temporary until end of August\n

Summary:\n
\nA temporary Maintenance Operative responsible for applying bathroom sealant and completing sealing tasks across various bathroom fixtures to ensure water-tight, safe, and hygienic conditions.\n
Key Responsibilities:\n
Sealant Application - Apply silicone or appropriate bathroom sealant to baths, showers, sinks, toilets, and any other required fixtures.\n
Surface Preparation - Clean, dry, and prepare surfaces to ensure proper adhesion and long-lasting results.\n
Inspection Work - Identify areas requiring resealing, including worn, cracked, or mould-affected sealant.\n
Removal Tasks - Safely remove old or damaged sealant before applying new material.\n
Quality Assurance - Ensure all sealing work is completed to a high standard, leaving clean, neat finishes.\n
Tool Handling - Use sealant guns, scrapers, smoothing tools, and cleaning agents safely and effectively.\n
Requirements:\n
Experience with Sealant - Previous experience applying bathroom or construction sealant is preferred.\n
Attention to Detail - Ability to produce clean, precise finishes.\n
Physical Capability - Comfortable working in small spaces and performing manual tasks.\n
Health & Safety Awareness - Understanding of safe handling of tools and materials.\n
Reliability- Able to complete tasks within agreed timeframes.\n
