Job Description
Voyageur Publishing and Events is a dynamic, market-leading publisher and events company in the international B2B travel and health insurance and airborne special missions sectors. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales and Marketing Administrator to support our sales and marketing teams in driving advertising revenue and increasing conference attendance.
\nThis role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to our continued growth.
\nKey responsibilities:

- Proactively chase and manage monthly artwork and advertorial submissions to ensure timely publication \n
- Create detailed exhibitor lists for upcoming events, contributing to seamless event planning \n
- Stay up to date of industry trends by tracking rival publications \n
- Maintain and update or digital supplier directories, ensuring accurate and up-to-date content \n
- Conduct research to discover and introduce new companies to our publications and events \n
- Oversee and update subscription lists, ensuring our readership is always growing and engaged \n
- Coordinate the timely shipping of magazines to events and handle monthly distribution logistics \n
- Manage the placement and maintenance of advertising across our websites \n
Required skills:

- Highly organised with excellent time management and prioritisation skills \n
- Strong written and verbal communication, with a keen eye for detail \n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel \n
- Experience with HubSpot (desirable but not essential) \n
- Good research and analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities \n
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment \n
- Ability to identify ways to streamline and improve processes \n
Details:

- £26,000 - £28,000 \n
- Annual performance-based bonus \n
- Minimum of 1 year in a marketing and or administration role \n
- Optional private medical care \n
- Full time role (Monday – Friday) \n
- Hybrid working. 3 days in the Bristol office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) \n
- Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Bristol before starting work \n
