Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

We're recruiting for two Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join a successful manufacturing business. This role is ideal for engineers with both electrical and mechanical maintenance experience who enjoy fault finding, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
\n
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
\n
• Respond to breakdowns and minimise downtime
\n
• Maintain production machinery and site services
\n
• Support continuous improvement and engineering projects
\n
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety standards
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Recognised Engineering qualification
\n
• Multi-skilled maintenance experience
\n
• Manufacturing environment experience
\n
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
\n
• Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics
\n

Desirable:

\n
• 18th Edition qualification
\n
• PLC fault-finding experience
\n
• FMCG or food manufacturing background
\n
• Welding/fabrication skills
\n
