- Basic salary of £45,000–£55,000 depending on experience. \n
- Realistic £80,000 OTE with an uncapped bonus structure. \n

- Develop new business opportunities across Scotland while strengthening existing customer relationships. \n
- Build long-term partnerships with contractors, procurement teams, commercial managers and other key decision-makers. \n
- Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to successful contract award. \n
- Work closely with Estimating and Operations teams to develop competitive commercial proposals. \n
- Attend customer meetings, site visits, networking events and industry exhibitions throughout your territory. \n
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, CRM records and market intelligence to support future growth. \n

- Proven success developing new business within a B2B sales environment. \n
- Strong relationship management, presentation and commercial negotiation skills. \n
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and procurement teams. \n
- Knowledge of sectors such as construction, utilities, rail, highways, environmental services, vegetation management, forestry, landscaping, arboriculture or grounds maintenance would be advantageous. \n
- Full UK Driving Licence. Knowledge of public sector procurement and tendering processes would also be beneficial. \n
