About the Role

Responsive Personnel are currently recruiting for reliable and professional Driver’s Mates to join a busy, growing logistics operation based in Swindon. This is a hands-on role supporting drivers with multi-drop deliveries, loading and unloading goods, and providing excellent customer service throughout the working day.

You will be working as part of a team to ensure deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting the driver with delivery and installation of goods

• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
\n
• Delivering goods to customers in a professional manner
\n
• Handling items with care to prevent damage
\n
• Supporting with route navigation and delivery paperwork
\n
• Maintaining a clean and organised vehicle environment
\n
• Providing a positive customer experience on every delivery
\n
