Based in Central Manchester, this well-established and growing sales and marketing company is expanding its customer-facing team due to continued success. They're looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join their face-to-face field sales campaigns on a full-time equivalent basis.

Whether you're starting your career or looking for a fresh challenge, full training is provided from day one, so no previous experience is necessary.

• Full-time availability of 4–5 full days per week (Monday–Saturday).

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Confidence working independently as well as within a supportive team.
\n
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
\n
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or other people-focused roles is welcomed but not essential.

No previous sales experience is required. Applicants from a variety of backgrounds often thrive in this opportunity, including customer service, retail, hospitality, warehouse, call centres, bar work, marketing, front of house, direct sales, field sales, canvassing and other customer-facing positions. Successful applicants will join the client on a subcontracted basis. Earnings are commission-based, with additional performance incentives available, giving you the opportunity to increase your income based on your results.
