Temporary Data Analyst – Hybrid (Chessington/Tolworth) – £14 per hour

A well-established organisation based in the Chessington/Tolworth area is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team on an ongoing temporary contract, starting immediately. This is a hybrid role, offering a mix of remote and office-based working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to product supply queries from Service Centres, Customer Services, and Customers via the online portal.
    • \n
  • Validate customer usage data and update internal systems accordingly.
    • \n
  • Analyse sales data to identify unusual ordering patterns.
    • \n
  • Identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with key departments.
    • \n
  • Deliver bespoke solutions for both upstream and downstream customers, with ongoing support.
    • \n

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Strong data analysis and data entry skills.
    • \n
  • High level of numeracy and attention to detail.
    • \n
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new systems.
    • \n
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and comfortable working with various computer systems.
    • \n
  • Excellent communication skills, with tact and diplomacy being essential.
