Family Solicitor / Legal Executive – DerbyLocation: Derby (with offices across the Midlands)The Role My client is a well-established full-service law firm, with a specialist family law team supporting clients through relationship breakdowns with expert legal advice. The firm is seeking an experienced and client-focused Family Solicitor to join its growing team in Derby. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced family law specialist and support a wide range of clients navigating complex and sensitive legal matters. You will handle your own caseload while contributing to a supportive and collaborative environment that prioritises constructive outcomes and minimises conflict wherever possible.Areas of Work

About the Team You will work closely with an experienced and respected Family Law Partner alongside a well-honed team that follows best practice principles that emphasise negotiation and agreement as a non-confrontational approach wherever possible.About you

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Family Law
\n
• Strong technical knowledge across a range of family law matters
\n
• Excellent communication and client care skills
\n
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and empathy
\n
• A commitment to negotiation and achieving amicable outcomes where possible
\n
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload
