Children’s Social Worker, CWD Team, Hertfordshire Pay rate – £39 per hour Contract roles – Children with Disabilities Team Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Children’s Social Worker in Hertfordshire. There is to work in a CWD Team for the West Locality (Watford and 3 Rivers) Duties will include:\n

• C&f assessments
\n
• Short break assessments
\n
• Supporting families underCiNand CP.
\n
• Will berequiredto attend safeguarding multiagency meetings to include, information sharing meetings, strategy meetings, initial and review conferences
\n
• Our team may also need to work through the PLO and court proceedings, both children, privatelawand Dol.
\n
• We work closely with our mental health and education partners to ensure a robust multi agency support for our children and young people. We are actively involved with the Dynamic support register to support those with ASD most at risk of detained under the mental health act.
\n
• We are often involved with CETR’s, CPA’s, complex casepanelsand a wide range of multi-agency meetings.
\n
