Export Coordinator Required!Our client is an established freight and logistics provider, specialising in end-to-end multimodal transport services.On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit an experienced Export Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete export process, from bookings and documentation to customs, while coordinating with customers, carriers, and overseas agents to ensure shipments are timely and efficient.Package:Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm£30,000 - £35,000 (DOE)Company Pension20 days holiday plus bank holidaysExport Coordinator - Responsibilities:Manage export shipments across airfreight and seafreight operationsCommunicate with customers, hauliers, carriers, and overseas agentsArrange bookings with shipping lines and airlinesCoordinate collections, ensuring vessel and flight deadlines are metComplete export customs declarations and associated documentationPrepare export documentation, manifests, and certificates of origin where requiredLiaise with warehouses to confirm screening and check weighing have been completedFinalise documentation and confirm vessels and flights have been metIssue invoices and send pre-alerts to overseas agentsFollow up post-delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and identify further opportunitiesDue to the nature of the logistics industry, responsibilities may evolve over time.Export Coordinator - Requirements:Minimum of 2 years' experience in export operations in a SME environmentExperience handling airfreight and seafreight exportsStrong understanding of export documentation and country-specific requirementsExperience completing customs declarationsWorking knowledge of CNS and Destin8 systemsHigh level of attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong team player with a proactive approachStreamline Search is a technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the United Kingdom.
