Vehicle Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Vehicle Technician in Southampton, Hampshire. Duties of the Vehicle Technician:\n

• Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and routine servicing on a broad range of vehicles
\n
• Ensure all work adheres to manufacturer standards and specified timeframes
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of all work completed
\n
• Comply with health and safety regulations and workshop procedures
\n
• Keep abreast of latest vehicle technology and industry developments
\n
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support
\n

Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:\n

\n
• Level 3 Qualification in light vehicle repair or equivalent
\n
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a busy automotive environment
\n
• Accreditation such as Master Technician or dealership-specific certifications is highly advantageous
\n
• VAG experience is highly beneficial but not essential
\n
• Strong diagnostic skills and meticulous attention to detail
\n
• Excellent problem-solving ability and a strong work ethic
\n
• Ability to operate efficiently both independently and as part of a team
\n
• Commitment to delivering high standards of quality and customer care
\n
