- Proven experience as a Workshop Controller, Senior Technician, or similar leadership role \n
- Strong organisational and leadership skills \n
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities \n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment \n
- Full UK driving licence \n
