Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive (2+ PQE)

Brighton – Sussex

A well-established Sussex law firm is seeking a Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing Dispute Resolution team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation lawyer with experience in Contentious Probate, TOLATA, Property Litigation, Professional Negligence, or Contract Disputes.

You will manage your own caseload while receiving mentoring from an experienced specialist in contentious probate and estates.

The role involves handling matters from initial instruction through to settlement, mediation and court proceedings, as well as advising clients, drafting legal documents and engaging with counsel and experts where required.

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 DOE

Location: BrightonRequirements: Solicitor or CILEX qualified in England & Wales with 2+ years' litigation experience.
