Key responsibilities include:

Occupational health case management

Wellbeing programme development and delivery

Mental health and CARE+ support

Health surveillance and screening programmes

First aider programme management

Occupational health policy, compliance, and continuous improvement

Partnership with HR, HSE, managers, and external providers

Profile

What we're looking for:

NMC Registered Nurse

Foundation Degree in Nursing (minimum)

2+ years' occupational health experience

Strong case management and stakeholder engagement skills

Passion for wellbeing and employee health
