Senior Client Partner
Job Description
Senior Client Partner, Leadership Consulting | Leadership Development | Executive Coaching | FTSE 100 & Global Enterprise Clients
\n\nCan you build trusted relationships with executive leaders, uncover complex organisational challenges and turn them into high-value consulting opportunities? We're delighted to be working in partnership with an internationally recognised leadership consulting business of more than 1,000 employees, supporting many of the world's most respected organisations as they execute strategy through people.
\nDue to succession planning, internal career progression and continued investment in its Leadership Consulting Practice, our client is looking to appoint a commercially minded Senior Client Partner to help shape the next phase of growth. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced consultant who enjoys winning work, designing bespoke leadership solutions and delivering measurable impact for global organisations.
\nWorking with FTSE 100, FTSE 250 and Global 500 organisations, you'll engage with executive leadership teams to understand their commercial priorities before designing tailored leadership and organisational development solutions. You'll identify new consulting opportunities, develop compelling proposals and lead client engagements from initial diagnosis through to programme design and delivery. Rather than simply selling consulting services, you'll become a trusted adviser who helps senior leaders solve business challenges relating to leadership capability, organisational effectiveness and strategy execution. Alongside managing and growing existing relationships, you'll also play a key role in securing new business, with responsibility for delivering approximately £600,000 in annual consulting revenue.
\nWe're looking for an experienced leadership consultant, client partner or principal consultant who combines strong commercial instincts with genuine consulting credibility. You'll have a successful track record of developing executive relationships, winning complex consulting engagements and facilitating impactful leadership programmes for senior audiences within large enterprise organisations.
\nExperience within leadership consulting, executive coaching, organisational development, talent strategy, management consulting or business transformation will be highly valued, together with the confidence to engage credibly with C-suite stakeholders. Most importantly, you'll be naturally curious, commercially astute and motivated by building long-term client partnerships while continuing to develop innovative solutions that create lasting business impact.
\nYou'll be joining a collaborative, ambitious and high-performing consulting business that genuinely invests in its people and provides an environment where talented individuals can build long-term careers. Alongside a competitive basic salary of £70,000 to £90,000, you'll receive a performance-related bonus, comprehensive benefits package including private healthcare, wellbeing support and flexible working, together with opportunities for international travel and exposure to some of the world's leading organisations.
\nBased from the London office with hybrid working when not meeting clients or delivering programmes, you'll work alongside experienced consultants who combine commercial ambition with a genuinely supportive and people-focused culture. If you're looking for a role where you can influence executive leaders, grow your consulting career and help shape the future of global organisations, apply now to find out more.
