A great opportunity to join our client who design and manufacture bespoke architectural lighting for prestigious projects including high-end commercial buildings, large residential and premium retail across the globe.

A new role to support expansion, this is an ideal role if you are organised, have meticulous attention to detail, have a confident and professional ‘phone manner to enable relationship building and trust, and are comfortable systems, administration and coordination.

Key responsibilities include:

• Inbound enquiries and qualification

• Proactive Designer outreach and reactivation
\n
• Meeting and diary coordination
\n
• Plan Lunch-and-learns and CPD sessions for Designers
\n
• Quote and specification follow-up CRM (HubSpot) and pipeline management
\n
• Account Management support
\n
