HNW Conveyancing Paralegal 2 years + experience. Are you looking to join a reputable and growing law firm in the heart of Central London who can offer a supportive working environment?Position Overview for this HNW Conveyancing Paralegal role: An experienced Conveyancing Paralegal with experience in residential conveyancing is sought for a highly regarded firm in London on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an office based role. The successful HNW Conveyancing Paralegal will be able to handle a full caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction to post-completion.Duties will include:\n

- Managing a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from inception to completion. \n
- Any experience of bridging finance would be ideal \n
- Preparing and reviewing contracts, searches, and Land Registry documentation. \n
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties. \n
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence. \n
- Handling post-completion work including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications. \n
- Maintaining accurate case records and updating case management systems. \n
- Assisting with the preparation of completion statements and invoices. \n
- Supporting fee earners with general administrative tasks. \n

- Experience working in residential conveyancing. \n
- Any experience of bridging finance would be ideal \n
- Strong communication and client care skills. \n
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability. \n
- A proactive and professional approach to work. \n
- \n
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing \n
- Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills \n
- IT literacy will be a pre-requisite \n
- Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines \n
- A team player who is equally comfortable working on their own initiative \n
- Is personable, pro-active and detail orientated \n

- Salary in excess of £33,000 - £35,000 \n
