The Role Working closely with experienced Business Development Managers, you'll identify and research commercial opportunities, engage with prospective clients, and help generate high-quality leads for energy projects. Your responsibilities will include: Researching businesses and commercial sites that meet investment criteria. Identifying key decision-makers and gathering relevant business information. Using online tools, mapping software and databases to assess potential opportunities. Contacting businesses via phone, email and LinkedIn to introduce renewable energy solutions. Building relationships with prospective clients and qualifying opportunities. Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system. Preparing detailed information packs for the Business Development team. Supporting external meetings and sales activity as your experience develops.About You We're looking for someone who is: Proactive and self-motivated. Confident speaking with businesses over the phone. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Curious, analytical and enjoys researching information. Resilient, adaptable and eager to learn.
