Site Manager (Fast-Track Refurbishment) Enfield Start Date: 4th August 2026 Duration: Until 2nd September 2026 (inclusive of snagging) Location: Cambridge Road, Enfield Salary: £270 - £290 per day. Join a Respected Main Contractor Delivering High-Quality Refurbishment Projects We are a well-established and highly regarded refurbishment contractor with a reputation for delivering exceptional fast-track commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK. Due to an unexpected vacancy, we are looking for an experienced, proactive and hands-on Site Manager to take the lead on an exciting refurbishment project in Enfield, starting next week. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic Site Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys leading projects from site set-up through to successful handover. The Role You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of this fast-track refurbishment project, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality. This role is particularly suited to someone with a trade background (ideally Carpentry) who understands refurbishment projects inside and out. Whilst this is a hands-on management role, you will not be expected to work on the tools. Key Responsibilities Manage all on-site operations from start to completion. Coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain programme. Ensure all health & safety procedures are adhered to. Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control. Liaise effectively with the client, subcontractors and project team. Drive programme performance to achieve practical completion and successful handover. Oversee final snagging and project close-out. Essential Requirements Applicants must hold: SMSTS CSCS Card First Aid at Work Certificate Asbestos Awareness Certificate You'll also be: Experienced in fast-track refurbishment projects. A confident leader with excellent organisational skills. Proactive, positive and solutions-focused. Able to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines. Comfortable managing multiple trades on busy live sites. Project Details Project: Refurbishment Location: Cambridge Road, Enfield Start Date: Tuesday 4th August 2026 Completion: Tuesday 1st September 2026 Snagging Attendance: Wednesday 2nd September 2026 The successful candidate will also be required to work at least two weekends, including the August Bank Holiday weekend, which is critical between Practical Completion and handover.
