Robotic CNC Machinist Tods Technology is looking to recruit a Robotic CNC Machinist to join our Manufacturing Headquarters in Portland, Dorset. Working closely with Manufacturing Engineers, Project Managers and Design Engineers, you will help deliver patterns, moulds, tooling and production solutions.Key Responsibilities Generate AM slicing programmes from 3D CAD modelsOperate and programme large-format additive manufacturing systemsDevelop tooling solutions that optimise material usage and production timeSet up, operate and maintain LFAM equipmentWork with KUKA or similar 6-axis robotic systems using AI-Build softwareConfigure robots with integrated rails, positioners and rotary tablesMaintain high levels of equipment accuracy and performanceCollaborate with Production and Quality teams to resolve manufacturing challengesSupport continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principlesAssist with CAPEX proposals for equipment, tooling and consumablesMaintain configuration control documentation and equipment recordsSupport broader development and manufacturing activities as requiredAbout You We are interested in candidates with engineering, manufacturing or additive manufacturing experience.
