Senior Salesforce ConsultantLocation: London (1 Day On-Site)Type: PermanentWe're working with a growing Salesforce consultancy that is looking to add an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to its Professional Services team.This is an opportunity to work on a variety of complex Salesforce transformation programmes across multiple industries, helping clients maximise the value of their Salesforce investment. You'll play a key role in solution design, stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and hands-on Salesforce configuration, while also mentoring more junior consultants and contributing to internal innovation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support client-facing Salesforce projects from discovery through to deliveryFacilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholdersProduce user stories, process maps and functional specificationsConfigure scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and automation capabilitiesCollaborate with Solution Architects and development teams to deliver best-practice solutionsManage deployments using DevOps and release management toolsSupport client adoption through training, onboarding and change activitiesMentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development within the practiceHelp drive innovation through AI initiatives, accelerators and reusable assetsRequired ExperienceStrong Salesforce consulting experience gained within a consultancy or professional services environmentProven delivery across multiple Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ or Industries CloudHands-on experience configuring Salesforce, particularly with Flows and declarative automationExperience facilitating workshops and translating business requirements into practical solutionsFamiliarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and ConfluenceExperience with DevOps and deployment tools such as Gearset or CopadoStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience supporting user adoption, training and business change activitiesSalesforce certifications highly desirableWhat's On Offer?Exposure to a diverse range of Salesforce transformation programmesClear career progression and personal development opportunitiesSupport for Salesforce certifications and continuous learningCollaborative and supportive consulting environmentOpportunity to work with emerging technologies, including AI-driven initiativesCompetitive salary and benefits packageIf you're an experienced Salesforce Consultant looking to take the next step in your career and work on meaningful transformation programmes, we'd love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
