Fire Risk Assessor (Trainee role to Fire Risk Assessor role)Our client works with a diverse portfolio that includes retail estates, commercial offices, industrial facilities, media organisations and mixed-use commercial buildings.We are seeking a Fire Risk Assessor with some experience to join our client's expanding team.You will conduct fire risk assessments across a variety of property types - from retail stores and distribution centres to offices and media facilities - providing clear, practical recommendations to help clients maintain compliance with UK fire-safety legislation .Fire Risk Assessor job requirements:Deliver PAS 79-compliant fire risk assessments across commercial property portfoliosIdentify fire hazards, evaluate existing controls and produce detailed recommendationsPrepare high-quality assessment reports supporting compliance with the Fire Safety OrderAdvise clients on fire-safety arrangements , evacuation planning, signage and remedial actionsCollaborate with clients, facilities teams and internal specialistsMaintain professional competence and contribute to service improvementWhat they're looking for:Proven experience conducting fire risk assessments in commercial or multi-site environmentsKnowledge of UK fire-safety legislationExcellent analytical and written communication skillsConfident working independently and managing multiple site assessmentsWhat they're offering:A competitive salary of £30,000-£45,000 p/a depending on experienceCompany vehicleOngoing professional development , mentoring, and skills growthClear, structured career progression opportunities within a leading compliance organisationIf you're Fire Risk Assessor looking to broaden your exposure across diverse, high-impact projects within a respected consultancy, please send over your CV or get in touch for a confidential chat.TPBN1_UKTJ
