Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer London £50,000 per annum + £140 per week Call-Out + Unlimited Overtime Options Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building maintenance provider covering commercial properties across London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a long-term role with a competitive salary, generous call-out allowance and plenty of overtime available. The Role You'll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings. The role involves fault finding, testing and inspection, ensuring all electrical systems are maintained safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities - Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems. - Attend reactive maintenance call-outs and diagnose electrical faults. - Complete electrical testing and inspection works. - Carry out repairs and minor installation works. - Ensure all work is completed in line with current regulations and health & safety procedures. - Accurately complete job reports and maintenance documentation. - Participate in the on-call rota. Requirements - NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation. - City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification is essential. - 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. - Previous experience within commercial building maintenance. - Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. - Full UK driving licence.
