Freelance Health & Safety Manager – East London Long-Term Opportunity | Developer | £350–£400 per day CIS We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Health & Safety Manager to join a leading developer on a long-term residential project in East London. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Health & Safety professional who is looking for stability, responsibility, and the chance to work closely with the site team on a major development. The Role: * Acting as the lead Health & Safety representative on site * Ensuring compliance with all current Health & Safety legislation, policies, and company procedures * Carrying out regular site inspections, audits, and reporting * Working closely with the Project Team, Site Managers, and subcontractors to drive a positive safety culture * Reviewing RAMS, permits, and site documentation * Supporting the delivery of a high-quality residential development Requirements: * Previous experience working as a Health & Safety Manager within construction * Strong background working on large-scale residential or developer-led projects * Excellent knowledge of CDM Regulations and current Health & Safety legislation * Strong communication skills with the ability to influence site teams and subcontractors * Available for a long-term freelance assignment Details: Location: East London Position: Freelance Health & Safety Manager Rate: £350–£400 per day CIS Duration: Long-term contract Start: Immediate / ASAP If you are interested or know someone suitable, please get in touch for a confidential discussion
