UK Inside Sales & Pricing Manager

UK Inside Sales & Pricing Manager (Hybrid) Salary: Total Package of £52,200 per year Are you an experienced Inside Sales & Pricing professional looking to take the next step in your career? We're recruiting for an experienced UK Inside Sales & Pricing Manager to lead a busy pricing function within a well-established international freight forwarding business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong commercial awareness, team leadership experience and a background across Air, Ocean and Road Freight. The Role As the UK Inside Sales & Pricing Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the Inside Sales & Pricing team, ensuring quotations are accurate, competitive and commercially profitable while supporting the wider sales function. Key Responsibilities * Lead, motivate and develop the Inside Sales & Pricing team. * Manage daily workloads and team performance. * Prepare and approve competitive customer quotations. * Support Business Development Managers with pricing and commercial proposals. * Liaise with Operations, Procurement and overseas offices to obtain competitive freight rates. * Monitor quotation activity, conversion rates and gross profit performance. * Maintain pricing systems and produce management reports. * Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders. * Ensure high levels of customer service and compliance with company standards. What We're Looking For * Previous management experience within Freight Forwarding or Logistics. * Strong knowledge of Air, Ocean and Road Freight pricing. * Experience producing customer quotations and managing RFQs/tenders. * Commercially minded with excellent negotiation skills. * Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. * A customer-focused approach with the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
