We are recruiting for a Panel Beater on behalf of our client, a reputable accident repair centre located in Daventry, Northamptonshire. Duties of a Panel Beater:\n

\n
• Carry out high-quality vehicle repairs in line with manufacturer standards
\n
• Complete body and panel repairs, including alignment and structural work
\n
• Repair or replace damaged panels using approved methods
\n
• Strip and refit mechanical, electrical, and trim components as required
\n
• Perform wheel alignment checks and adjustments
\n
• Collaborate with estimators, damage assessors, and the production team for efficient workflow
\n
• Ensure repairs are completed to the highest quality and safety standards
\n

Requirements of a Panel Beater:\n

\n
• Previous experience as a Panel Beater or MET Technician with panel repair experience in an accident repair environment
\n
• IMI/ATA qualifications are advantageous but not essential for experienced individualates
\n
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
\n
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
\n
• Able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
\n
• Experience working on electric vehicles is beneficial but not essential
\n
• Full UK driving licence preferred
\n
