Family Solicitor

The Role

You will manage a high-quality caseload of privately funded family work, including:

• Divorce and financial remedy matters, often involving high-net-worth individuals
\n
• Private children work including residence and contact disputes
\n
• Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
\n
• Cohabitation and separation agreements
\n
• Advising on complex family and asset structures
\n

You will benefit from a strong referral network, a steady pipeline of quality work, and the backing of an established national platform.

About You

\n
• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with NQ to Senior level PQE
\n
• Experience in family law, ideally with exposure to privately funded matters
\n
• Strong client care skills with a professional and empathetic approach
\n
• Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload effectively
\n
• Ambition to develop within a high-performing, reputable team
\n
