We're partnering with a high-growth, Private Equity-backed organisation to recruit an experienced Commercial Finance Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants genuine exposure to strategic decision-making, board reporting, commercial analysis and business growth. Working closely with the Finance Director and SLT, you'll play a key role in shaping commercial performance through insightful reporting, financial modelling and data-driven analysis. This is a highly visible role with significant influence across the business and offers exposure to strategic projects, commercial tenders and acquisition activity.

- Producing insightful monthly management information and board reporting. \n
- Developing and enhancing commercial KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting. \n
- Analysing financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities. \n
- Partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders to improve business performance. \n
- Supporting commercial tenders with pricing models, profitability analysis and financial business cases. \n
- Providing financial analysis to support contract renewals and strategic commercial decisions. \n
- Supporting acquisition activity through financial modelling, due diligence and post-acquisition performance reporting. \n
- Presenting financial information clearly to senior leadership and non-finance stakeholders. \n
Experience:

- Ambitious, commercially focused finance professional who enjoys working with data and influencing business decisions. \n
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). \n
- Previous experience within a Private Equity-backed business (essential). \n
- Strong commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering experience. \n
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret large volumes of data and turn it into actionable insight. \n
- A highly commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders. \n
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting or BI tools such as Power BI would be advantageous. \n
- Experience producing board-level reporting and presenting meaningful financial commentary. \n
- Exposure to M&A, acquisitions or commercial projects would be highly desirable. \n
