Talent Acquisition Advisor

We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

In this role, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of functions, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure exceptional talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer and onboarding.
\n
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
\n
• Source, screen and interview candidates.
\n
• Manage vacancies through an ATS.
\n
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate journey.
\n
• Build relationships with recruitment agencies and support early careers recruitment.
\n

You'll have:

\n
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or resourcing.
\n
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
\n
• The ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Experience using an ATS
\n
