Recruitment Consultant (German Speaking)UK & EMEA SalesLocation: Remote / Hybrid (UK)Language: Fluent German & EnglishEmployment Type: 6 month contractWe're looking for an ambitious, German-speaking Recruitment Consultant to join a global manufacturing organisation, supporting the recruitment of Sales professionals across the UK and EMEA.Working as part of a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, you'll play a key role in attracting and hiring exceptional commercial talent that will help drive business growth across multiple international markets.This is an exciting opportunity to work in a truly global environment where you'll partner with hiring managers across Europe, influence hiring decisions, and deliver a first-class recruitment experience.What You'll Be DoingRecruit Sales professionals across the UK and EMEA markets.Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously across different countries and business units.Source exceptional talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and multiple premium job boards .Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across German-speaking and wider EMEA markets.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing through to offer management and onboarding.Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while acting as a trusted recruitment partner.Utilise market insights and talent intelligence to advise stakeholders on hiring trends and availability.About YouWe're looking for someone who is passionate about finding exceptional talent and thrives in a fast-paced international environment.You must have:Fluent or Business level German and English (spoken and written).Previous experience in agency or in-house recruitment.Ideally experience recruiting Sales or Commercial professionals.Strong direct sourcing and headhunting skills.Experience recruiting across multiple European markets would be advantageous.Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple assignments.A proactive, consultative and commercially minded approach.Recruitment TechnologyYou'll be fully equipped with industry-leading recruitment tools, including:LinkedIn RecruiterIndeedMultiple premium job boardsModern ATS & CRM platformsAI-powered sourcing and recruitment technologyTalent intelligence and market mapping toolsIf this role is of interest to you then please contact David Eales to find out more.TPBN1_UKTJ
