A leading South West law firm is expanding its Private Client team in Plymouth and is seeking a Private Client Solicitor, Senior Associate, Legal Executive (CILEX), or Partner-level Lawyer.

Role: Private Client Solicitor/Partner

You will advise on a broad range of Private Client matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning
\n
• Probate and estate administration
\n
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
\n
• Trusts, tax planning, and wealth preservation
\n
• High-net-worth client advisory
\n

At senior level, you will also mentor junior lawyers, contribute to team growth, and build key client relationships.

Full administrative and paralegal support is provided.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Private Client Solicitor or CILEX Legal Executive
\n
• Strong experience in wills, probate, trusts, and LPAs
\n
• Open to Senior Associates, Legal Directors, and Partners
\n
• STEP qualification advantageous (support available)
\n
• Commercial, client-focused, and collaborative
\n
