Senior Director
Job Description
Director, Leadership Consulting | Executive Leadership | Organisational Development | FTSE 100 & Global Enterprise Clients
\nAre you recognised for helping executive teams solve complex business challenges while creating commercial growth through trusted advisory relationships? We're partnering with a globally recognised leadership consulting business of more than 1,000 employees that works with many of the world's leading organisations to turn strategy into measurable business performance.
\nAs the organisation continues to invest in its Leadership Consulting Practice, we're seeking an accomplished Director to strengthen the team as part of a planned succession strategy, ongoing growth and internal progression. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced consulting leader who combines executive credibility, commercial acumen and the ability to shape transformational leadership solutions for global clients.
\nWorking with FTSE 100, FTSE 250 and Global 500 organisations, you'll partner with C-suite executives, Chief People Officers, business leaders and executive teams to diagnose strategic challenges before designing bespoke consulting solutions that deliver lasting organisational impact. You'll identify new market opportunities, develop compelling commercial propositions and lead high-value consulting engagements from initial client conversations through to solution design, executive facilitation and long-term account development. As a senior leader within the practice, you'll play an important role in expanding existing client relationships while securing new strategic partnerships, carrying responsibility for delivering approximately £800,000 in annual consulting revenue. You'll also contribute to developing innovative leadership solutions, mentoring colleagues and helping shape the future direction of the practice.
\nWe're looking for an established consulting leader with a proven track record of building senior executive relationships and delivering commercially successful consulting engagements within large enterprise organisations. You'll most likely have gained experience within leadership consulting, executive coaching, organisational development, management consulting, talent strategy or business transformation, supported by a reputation for influencing senior stakeholders and designing bespoke solutions to complex business challenges.
\nYour background will demonstrate an ability to combine business development with consulting excellence, enabling you to identify opportunities, secure new work and deliver outstanding client outcomes rather than simply selling services. Above all, you'll bring intellectual curiosity, executive presence, commercial ambition and a genuine passion for helping organisations unlock leadership capability and achieve strategic change.
\nYou'll be joining an ambitious, collaborative and high-performing consulting business where talented individuals are trusted to make a genuine impact from day one while being supported to continue developing their careers. In return, you'll receive a competitive basic salary of £90,000 to £120,000, an attractive performance-related bonus, comprehensive benefits including private healthcare, wellbeing support, generous annual leave and flexible working arrangements, together with opportunities to work internationally across EMEA and beyond.
\nThe culture combines high performance with genuine collaboration, bringing together big-hearted people who enjoy solving complex challenges, supporting one another and continually raising the standard of client delivery. If you're ready to influence senior leaders, shape the future of leadership consulting and accelerate your own career within one of the sector's most respected consulting environments, apply now to find out more.
