\nAbout the Role
\nWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This newly created role is responsible for managing a high volume of customer quotations from across the UK, ensuring that no opportunities are missed and all enquiries are progressed efficiently and accurately.
\nWith approximately 3000 quotations per month being generated nationally, this position plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales function, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the quotation process.

\nKey Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate approximately 3000 customer quotations per month. \n
- Ensure all quotes are accurately logged, tracked, and followed through to completion. \n
- Monitor quotation pipelines and proactively chase outstanding actions. \n
- Maintain accurate records within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. \n
- Work closely with Sales Representatives and internal departments to ensure timely responses to customer enquiries. \n
- Identify and escalate any potential delays or issues that may impact customer satisfaction. \n
- Generate reports and updates on quotation activity and conversion rates. \n
- Ensure all customer and sales data is maintained accurately and in line with company procedures. \n
- Support continuous improvement of sales administration processes and workflows. \n
Person Specification
\nEssential Experience
\n- \n
- Previous experience in a Sales Support, Sales Administration, Customer Service, or Coordinator role. \n
- Proven experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. \n
- Experience managing high volumes of work and competing priorities. \n
- Demonstrable ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines. \n
- Strong administrative and organisational skills. \n
