Part-Time Payroll SpecialistWe have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced payroll professional seeking a part-time or reduced hours position in a friendly, supportive and welcoming environment. You would form part of a small payroll team dedicated to administering a UK wide payroll and pension service to approximately 800 employees. You will be rewarded with fantastic benefits, lots of flexibility regarding working hours and a hybrid working pattern.Key responsibilitiesEnd to end payroll support for UK based employeesPayroll processing, fortnightly and monthly payrollsAdministering of the employee pension schemeAccurately responding to employee queries in a timely mannerProviding manual calculations and advice where necessaryWorking with the team to provide accurate and clear payroll reportsSetting up of new employees and ensuring all data is accurately capturedSupporting with queries relating to the employee benefits schemeYou will need to;Be available to attend site 1-2 days a weekDemonstrate an aptitude for working in a similar payroll positionDetailed knowledge of tax, National Insurance and other statutory deductions.Experience in providing support, advice and guidance to managers on payroll related mattersBenefitsThis position offers a superb amount annual leave, a brilliant pension scheme and other benefits that aid staff in achieving a positive work/life balance.TPBN1_UKTJ
