Job Description
Take ownership of landlord compliance that directly protects vulnerable residents' safety and wellbeing. You'll manage critical health and safety programmes across our housing portfolio, ensuring every property meets the standards that keep people safe in their homes.About Transform Housing & SupportAt Transform Housing & Support, we believe everyone should live independent and fulfilling lives. We provide housing and support for many socially excluded and vulnerable people across Surrey, parts of Berkshire, West Sussex, and the London Borough of Sutton.Salary £35,000 per annum plus benefitsLocation Leatherhead, SurreyFull time 37 hrs per weekWhat You'll Be DoingYou'll join our Asset Management Team of 20 people, delivering high-quality services to our Housing Support colleagues and clients.Your key responsibilities:Deliver all servicing and cyclical maintenance across our property portfolio through in-house teams and external contractorsAdministrate Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) works through IT systems, following HHSRS and Awaab's Law guidelinesArrange and monitor gas servicing, EICR's and compliance appointments with external contractorsManage service chargeable works requiring cyclical programmes to maintain our propertiesEnsure all remedial works from inspections and surveys are instructed, addressed and recorded with required evidenceWhat You'll NeedExperience delivering servicing and compliance programmes with cyclical maintenance contracts in Housing Association or Local Authority sectorExperience working client or contractor side in property maintenanceThorough understanding of registered landlord responsibilities for statutory, regulatory and HSE requirementsThorough understanding of Awaab's Law and HHSRSExperience in Housing Association or Local Authority sector with regulatory compliance knowledgeExperience using IT systems to manage and monitor performanceAbility to take ownership of issues and deliver to set timescalesA Basic DBS check (to be completed by us, upon successful application)How We'll Set You Up for SuccessYou'll complete a tailored induction programme including online training, in-person training, and shadowing.Why Work at TransformTransform is a place where everyone is valued.
