Programme Service Design Lead

We are looking for an experienced Programme Service Design Lead to lead service and process design across a major transformation programme. You will be responsible for defining the service design approach, governing design standards, and leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality As-Is , To-Be , and transition-state service designs.Working closely with programme leadership and stakeholders, you will ensure services and processes are designed to support transformation objectives, deliver measurable business benefits, maintain service continuity, and align with the target operating model.Key Skills & ExperienceExtensive experience leading service and process design within large-scale transformation programmesProven expertise in end-to-end service design and business process re-engineeringExperience designing As-Is, To-Be, and transition-state services and processesStrong knowledge of BPMN , Lean , Six Sigma , and L2-L4 process modelling frameworksExperience aligning service design to Target Operating Models (TOMs)Ability to balance governance, risk management, and delivery paceStrong planning, prioritisation, and workstream management skillsExperience leading and developing multi-disciplinary onshore and offshore teamsExcellent stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skillsStrong analytical and decision-making capability in complex environmentsExperience defining process performance measures, benefits baselines, and benefits realisation approachesKnowledge of service design, process mapping, and business architecture toolsAbility to establish high-performing teams and effective ways of workingStrong communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholdersIdeal candidates will combine strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong leadership to drive service transformation and deliver sustainable business outcomes.Reasonable Adjustments:Respect and equality are core values to us.
