Experienced Gardener

We are looking for an experienced gardener with strong gardening and landscaping skills to join our growing team. This is a varied, hands-on role covering: * Commercial grounds maintenance * Garden restorations * Hedge cutting and pruning * Planting * Turfing * Fencing * Patios and paving * General landscaping projects We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well within a team and can be trusted to consistently deliver a high standard. Essential requirements: * Full UK Driving Licence * Previous professional gardening experience * Previous landscaping experience * Good plant knowledge and pruning skills * Experience installing fencing * Experience with turfing and planting * Confidence using professional gardening machinery * Reliable, hardworking and punctual * Friendly and professional when dealing with customers Desirable * Experience laying patios and paving * PA1 and PA6 qualifications What we offer * £30,000–£35,000 per year, depending on experience * Full-time, permanent position * Monday-to-Friday working * Overtime options available * 28 days’ holiday, including bank holidays * A varied workload with no two days the same * The opportunity to join a growing company * Opportunities to develop your skills and progress as the business grows If you are an experienced gardener who enjoys creating and maintaining high-quality outdoor spaces, we would love to hear from you.
