\nProgramme Support Worker – SEND
\nLocation: BradfordHours: 35 hours per week | Term Time Only (39 weeks)Salary: £30,000 FTE (£23,262 actual)Contract: Permanent
\nReed Further Education is seeking a compassionate and organised Programme Support Worker to support learners with SEND and help deliver a positive, inclusive learning experience. Working closely with teaching staff, you will provide learning, pastoral and administrative support, helping students achieve their individual goals and prepare for adulthood.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Provide classroom and small-group support to learners with SEND. \n
- Promote independence, engagement and confidence in learning. \n
- Support student wellbeing, pastoral needs and safeguarding. \n
- Assist with EHCP outcomes, learner progress monitoring and record keeping. \n
- Support daily campus operations, events and learner activities. \n
- Work collaboratively with teachers and programme staff to ensure positive learner outcomes. \n
About You
\n- \n
- Experience supporting young people or adults with SEND. \n
- Experience in education, youth work or a similar support role. \n
- Strong communication and organisational skills. \n
- Patient, resilient and passionate about supporting learners to succeed. \n
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. \n
All candidates who register with Reed Further Education will have 2 years’ referencing taken up and will be required to have a DBS check completed. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
