Teacher - Creative Programmes

Location: Greater Manchester

Salary: £43,135.47 FTE (Actual Salary £35,835.62)

Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only (39 weeks)

Hours: 9am - 5pm, 5 days per week

We are recruiting for a Creative Programmes Teacher to join a specialist post-16 education provider supporting young people aged 16-25, including learners with SEND.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and passionate educator to deliver engaging Level 2 and Level 3 programmes, helping students develop academically, socially and emotionally within an inclusive, neuro-affirming and trauma-informed environment.

• Plan and deliver high-quality creative programmes.
\n
• Differentiate learning to support a range of learner needs.
\n
• Assess student work and monitor progress.
\n
• Support learners with SEND to achieve positive outcomes.
\n
• Contribute to EHCP reviews and learner target setting.
\n
• Build positive relationships with students, parents and carers.
\n
• Deliver a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
\n
• Support educational visits, workshops and community partnerships.
\n

• Level 3 Teaching Qualification.
\n
• Experience teaching within Further Education and/or SEND environments.
\n
• Experience delivering accredited qualifications.
\n
• Understanding of SEND and inclusive teaching practices.
\n
• Strong ICT skills, including Microsoft Office and Teams.
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
\n
• Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce).
\n

• Level 4+ Teaching Qualification.
\n
• Creative subject qualification.
\n
• SEND Qualification.
\n
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
\n
• Experience delivering multidisciplinary creative subjects.
\n
