Indsutrial Sewing Machinist

Thrive Group are delighted to working with our client near Trowbridge who are looking to recruit an experienced Industrial Sewing Machinist on a permanent basis.\n
What you will be doing:\n
\n

\n
• Transforming raw materials into finished goods
\n
• Following precise product specifications to produce products using cut parts, velcro, zips and pressing machines
\n
• Working with a range of materials, measuring and cutting according to production plan
\n
• Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards
\n
• Ensuring stock is at the required levels
\n

What you will need to succeed:\n
\n

\n
• A proven track record working as an industrial sewing machinist is essential
\n
• Experience working within manufacturing beneficial
\n
• Ability to work to production schedules
\n
• Adept at working under pressure and to deadlines
\n
• Good levels of numeracy and manual dexterity for precision work
\n
