This position is focused on delivering integrated, results-driven marketing programmes across global markets. You’ll be involved in everything from campaign execution to stakeholder engagement, ensuring strong brand consistency and measurable pipeline impact.

Key Responsibilities

Integrated Campaigns

\n
    \n
  • Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
  • \n
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all regions
  • \n
  • Track and report on campaign performance
  • \n
\n

Global Events & Trade Shows

\n
    \n
  • Lead end-to-end execution of international exhibitions
  • \n
  • Manage logistics, exhibitor portals, and marketing comms
  • \n
  • Oversee lead capture and post-event follow-up
  • \n
\n

Content & Communications

\n
    \n
  • Create press releases, editorials, and website content
  • \n
  • Develop campaign collateral and marketing materials
  • \n
  • Maintain media relationships and editorial calendars
  • \n
\n

Digital Marketing

\n
    \n
  • Support social media, email campaigns, and paid media activity
  • \n
  • Optimise website content and contribute to ongoing digital improvements
  • \n
\n

Marketing Automation & CRM

\n
    \n
  • Work with automation tools to build nurture campaigns
  • \n
  • Manage CRM data (Salesforce) and ensure lead quality
  • \n
  • Track campaign performance and pipeline contribution
  • \n
\n

Video & Multimedia

\n
    \n
  • Assist with video content creation (storyboarding, messaging)
  • \n
  • Coordinate with internal and external production teams
  • \n
\n

Stakeholder & Supplier Management

\n
    \n
  • Collaborate across global teams (marketing, sales, product)
  • \n
  • Manage external agencies and suppliers
  • \n
\n

Marketing Operations

\n
    \n
  • Support reporting, competitor analysis, and general marketing admin
  • \n
\n

About You

\n
    \n
  • 2+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing role (engineering/manufacturing preferred)
  • \n
  • Proven experience managing events or trade shows
  • \n
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • \n
  • Experience using CRM (e.g. Salesforce) and marketing automation tools
  • \n
  • Solid digital marketing exposure (social, email, content)
  • \n
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • \n
\n

Desirable:

  • Adobe Creative Suite experience
  • \n
  • Exposure to AI tools for content creation
  • \n
\n

  • Location: Plymouth (office-based, full-time)

  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week (early finish Fridays)
