The role

As a Personal Injury Solicitor in Glasgow, you'll manage your own caseload while working closely with colleagues on more complex matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

\n
• Handling personal injury claims from initial instruction through to resolution
\n
• Managing both pre-litigation and litigated cases
\n
• Advising clients on liability, quantum and litigation strategy
\n
• Negotiating settlements and progressing claims efficiently
\n
• Maintaining regular client contact and delivering excellent service
\n
• Supporting the wider team on larger and more complex cases where required
\n

About you

This role would suit a Personal Injury Solicitor who:

• Has 1–5 years' PQE in personal injury litigation
\n
• Has experience managing their own caseload
\n
• Enjoys working directly with clients
\n
• Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills
\n
• Is comfortable prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines
\n
• Has experience using case management systems
\n
• Takes a practical and client-focused approach
\n
